General Information
To ensure your package is delivered properly, please be sure to verify the address is correctly entered and includes all required information. This includes the correct abbreviations for street numbers, apartments or buildings, and route information. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or items that were incorrectly delivered based on the address information you provided.
Processing Times
Our processing times do not include the time it takes for your product to reach its destination. Our standard processing time is currently up to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Pre-orders, custom earring orders, and wholesale orders are made on-demand and may take up to 3 weeks to be printed and shipped. We are a small business and will do our best to shorten that timeframe when possible.
NOTE: Occasionally processing times are extended beyond what is noted above. When this occurs, processing times will be noted on the announcement bar on the home page of our website.
Separate Packages
Items may ship from North Carolina or California. Your order may ship in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster. Separate shipping confirmations will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
We handle all of our orders with top priority. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not the fault of Shades of My Melanin LLC. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Standard Shipping may take up to 10 business days from the date that it is shipped out.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates will vary per order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipping delay is the fault of Shades of My Melanin LLC. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Shades of My Melanin LLC, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package.
